If you are having issues updating the user on your phone and installing the MaaS360 profile. First be sure you have a working Maas 360 link from IT, Second make sure you have an up to date Username and password for the MaaS 360 system (this will be given to you by IT). Once you have those things you can follow the instructions in the attached document. If you are still having issues reach out to IT.
