"This is the message I receive everytime I try to print anything:
Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and the we'll restart for you."
Related to a Windows Update released 3/9/2021, affecting Kyocera printers.
Applying the fixes outlined in the KB articles has solved the issue with every user that has had this issue so far. |
